Develop and implement skills trainings programs for youth; connect youth with year-round internships and employment opportunities with our business partners; provide support and assist the Youth Services team in our Summer Work Program; provide supportive data to community businesses on the importance of youth training and employment; secure youth internship opportunities with business partners.

Empower youth and build strong community connections. Engage, support, and inspire youth in Estacada through outreach, programs, and leadership in a variety of activities at our YouthHub and through programs like volunteering, housing support, internships, and work opportunities across our café, YouthCore, CommunityConnect, Community Work Program, Summer Work Program, youth gardens, and more. $20+/hour
