Front of House Positions – Servers/Bartenders
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team at our brand-new BBQ restaurant in Sandy, OR.
Positions: Servers, Bartenders
Pay: Minimum Wage + Generous Tip Structure
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and efficient manner.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other FOH team members to provide seamless service.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
