Guest Host

Service is one of our Core Values and we believe in upholding the highest standards in team and guest services. Tailored for enriching lives, as a Guest Services Host you will be working at multiple locations assisting guests to get the information they need to enjoy recreation at the resort. This is a job focusing on resolving guest issues and concerns, acting as a communication liaison with other departments, and conducting Guest Satisfaction Surveys. As a Guest Host, you get to be one of the primary contacts with our guests and provide instruction on Mt. Hood Meadows products and services.

Terrain Park Hand Crew

Passion can take many forms: for the mountains, for serving others, for being a part of a team, for the skills you are learning or haven’t learned yet. Parks Hand Crew Team Members assist with the hand grooming of all terrain park features including the set-up and breakdown of freestyle snowboarding and skiing events. Team Members work together to monitor and maintain all aspects of terrain features including handrails, fun boxes, tabletops, spines/hips, quarter pipes and half pipes and monitor terrain features. Acting as an ambassador, Parks Hand Crew Team Members educate guests on terrain park etiquette and safety.

Guest Communications Specialist

The Guest Services Communications Specialist at Mt. Hood Meadows exemplifies the team’s commitment to providing our guests life enrichment experiences. The Communication Specialist is responsible for operating our incoming and internal communications efforts in order to provide guests the information they need to plan their trip to the resort. In addition, the Communications Specialist assists with supporting the general operations of the Guest Services department on a daily basis. Pay starts at $17.50/hour.
