Unit Director • Seasonal
Unit Directors are an extension of the Camp Leadership Team within the living units, and, as such, directly support the Leadership Team’s mission to operate a safe and fun camp environment at all times. Unit Directors have the primary responsibility for supervising 4-7 cabin counselors and 1-2 relief counselors. They provide a mid-season and end of season evaluation to all counselors in their unit. The Unit Directors is also responsible for making sure that all camper needs (health, safety, and a positive camp experience) are met. Additionally, Unit Directors have assigned duties outside their unit that benefit the entire camp.
$375/week.

Challenge Course Facilitator • Seasonal
Under the supervision of the Camp Howard Challenge Course Manager, a facilitator must provide a safe, informative zipline tour experience for guests. The main function, in addition to ensuring each guest tour is safe, is to create an unforgettable experience that each zipline customer will remember and talk about for years. Facilitators must use communication skills to engage and react with each guest and ensure an exceptional time is experienced by everyone.
$325/week.

Dining Hall Steward • Seasonal
The Dining Hall Steward oversees and manages the dining hall and meal services to the camp community. They maintain the cleanliness standards as set by the Property Director. They must have effective communication skills with the Property Director, kitchen staff, and the entire camp staff.
$325/week.

Cabin Counselor • Seasonal
The Cabin Counselor is the primary caretaker of the campers and essential to camp. Counselors are responsible for a group of 8-11 campers and the staff of the unit they are assigned to. They are responsible for facilitating the daily routine of the cabin, creating fun activities, leading daily devotions in your cabin, and implementing programs for your campers. In addition, counselors are also responsible for assisting with the upkeep of camp.
$300/week.
