Available for 20-40 hours per week, pay is $15-18/hour.

Responsibilities:
We seek young adults (per our GRANT stipulations 18-24) to join an outdoor crew doing fire fuels reduction & vegetation management to help prevent forest fire spreading.
Sandy Nighttime Waterer

Life Skills Coach • Full Time
The Life Skills Coach provides services to high risk youth and households experiencing homelessness with interim stability, support, and skills training. The Coach provides independent living skills training and guidance in the program and maintains a safe and supportive environment while motivating youth to explore and learn new life skills.

Housing Navigator • Full Time
The role of Housing Navigator includes navigation, placement, and rental assistance and supportive services to help households move from temporary housing or homelessness to permanent housing.
Pay $18-$20/hour – job location Sandy, Estacada, & Molalla.
Housing Case Manager • Full Time
Housing Case Managers provide services to support housing stability for houseless and homeless youth and young adults and those at risk for homelessness who need to or have obtained permanent housing.
Pay $20/hour – job location Sandy, Estacada, & Molalla.
Outdoor Crew Lead • Full Time
Our Outdoor Crew Lead will teach, support, and supervise youth while running outdoor projects. This employee must understand and enjoy working with young people and giving back to the community while also having an equal passion for using tools and equipment in completing work tasks. Projects include but are not limited to lawn and yard care, tree and bush trimming, clearing and clean up, wood cutting, and light maintenance jobs.
Pay $18-$22/hour – job location Sandy, Estacada, & Molalla.
Café/Bakery – All Positions • Part-Time
We are hiring for all positions in the Café: Baristas, Cooks and more! Café, coffee, cooking, service experience preferred but not required. We will train you. Come join our team to support the community and youth!
Pay $13.50-$16 /hour DOE & position – job location Sandy.
