Nick has been as automotive technician for over 24 years and has a master level ASE certification. He has earned all eight certificates offered through the Automotive Services Excellence (ASE). These areas of certification include electrical systems, engine performance, heating and air conditioning, engine repair and more. He also has a certificate in powerstroke diesel diagnostics training. Adrienne has worked in the automotive industry, as a service writer, for 12 years. She also spent the last few years selling original equipment parts for 13 car lines. Adrienne has the knowledge and experience to explain what parts and procedures are needed and why.
