David is a business finance officer with Oregon Economic and Community Development Department, where he has served for seven years. He focuses on the financing needs of businesses in Portland metro and the Northwest coast region. Previous experience includes seven years managing a statewide small business loan fund based in Boston, Massachusetts and a variety of other financial and development positions. David has an MBA from Boston University. |
